Sienna first joined Cape York NRM in 2021 as a volunteer, taking on the role of the Youth Ambassador. In 2023 she became the Junior Project Officer working on the Community Action Plan and Water Quality Monitoring projects all over Cape York. 

Prior to joining NRM she has worked throughout the Cape conducting water quality monitoring and coral reef surveys along the Great Barrier Reef. 

Sienna has grown up in Cooktown which sparked her dedication to the environment, specifically the Great Barrier Reef. She is extremely passionate about protecting our oceans and marine life. 

Sienna spends most of her spare time out on the ocean freediving and spearfishing. She is a Freediving and Yoga instructor, so enjoys teaching and sharing these practices in beautiful Far North Queensland.
