Louise Gavin will represent Remarkable NRM sharing findings from a project with beef and dairy farmers on the Atherton Tablelands jointly supported by the Queensland Government Reef Water Quality Program and Cape York NRM.

A small group of farmers have so far undertaken 11 months of dung beetle research on their properties. Louise has coordinated the project so that each participating farmer has learnt what species of dung beetles they have and in which months they are more and less active.
