Brett has worked in Natural Resource Management for 20 years specialising in Invasive Species Management across the Lake Eyre Basin, Gulf Country and lower Cape York Peninsula.

Having lived and worked in western Queensland, he has a strong knowledge and understanding of both the agriculture and environmental management sectors. Brett is very passionate about community-led NRM and is very keen to assist landholders and the communities of Cape York to preserve their natural assets into the future.

Away from work, Brett is a personal trainer and a competitive age group triathlete competing at every opportunity he gets.
