This report was the first major product of a consortium project of scientists from James Cook Univeristy and CSIRO and was funded by steam 2 of the Regional NRM Planning for Climate Change Fund. It is a synthesis of then current knowledge on the potential threats and impacts of climate change in the Wet Tropics Cluster region across all sectors that operate there. This report focuses not on adaptation options but rather frames possible impacts and threats that would need to be adapted to. Much of the uncertainty about potential impacts stemmed from a lack of certainty in climate change models and weather patterns.
