Administration Assistant

Thank you for your interest in applying for the Administration Assistant position at Cape York Natural Resource Management (Cape York NRM). This is a part-time fixed term position which is based in our Atherton office.

Salary Range From 1 July 2019, the salary range will be $51,963 - $56,246 per annum full time (37.5 hr week) or $26.56 - $28.75 per hr. Plus 17.5% annual leave loading (on 5 weeks annual leave) and 9.5% super guarantee.

Cape York Natural Resource Management (Cape York NRM) is a not-for-profit organisation that works to encourage voluntary adoption of improved natural resource management across all land tenures and land uses. We focus on achieving positive outcomes for the people of Cape York through the coordination and delivery of high-quality programs that meet the standards of both government and commercial clients.

The Administration Assistant supports the operations of Cape York NRM by providing a range of administrative services, including reception, general administration duties including data entry and filing, collating, printing, correspondence and specific administration duties set out by the CEO and Program Managers. Whilst the position works under the direction of the CEO, the Administration Assistant is responsible for managing their own time, and planning and organising their administrative workload.
