Wik Projects Limited leads discussions on the Indigenous Land Use Agreement and is wholly-owned by the WCCA Sub-regional Trust (Southern Trust), a charitable trust formed for the benefit of traditional owners pursuant to the Western Cape Communities Co-existence Agreement between  Rio Tinto, various traditional owners of the land on which Rio Tinto’s Cape York bauxite mining operations are conducted, the State of Queensland and others.
