Esther started with Cape York NRM in September 2023, as the Corporate Services Manager. She is responsible for the business aspects of Cape York NRM including Finance, Risk and Governance, Human Resources and Information Technology and has more than 20 years’ experience in leadership, management and financial acumen in both the private sector and non-profit organisations. 

Esther believes that working together in a team and empowering others achieves greater results. She is currently studying towards a Master of Professional Accounting and Business Administration at JCU.
