Cape York NRM will host a two-day Fire Forum in Cooktown on 3-4 December 2019.

The free event is open to Cape York land managers who are delivering, or planning to deliver, savanna burning carbon farming projects.

The event follows the 2016 Cape York Fire Forum which attracted over 100 Cape York land managers.

This year’s Forum will focus on current carbon farming through fire projects as well as professional development and partnership opportunities.
